Wow! What a blast we've had. Queenstown is absolutely gorgeous and definitely earns its title of being the "adventure capital of the world." I went skydiving yesterday. That's right. I flew at 200 km/h for 45 seconds, and it was quite possibly the most thrilling 45 seconds of my life to date. The view is just stunning here! Once the parachute opened, we coasted around for several minutes before landing back on the ground. Craziness I tell you. Craziness! I have some hilarious pictures and a dvd of pretty much the whole flight down. I'll have to have a viewing party when I get back or something. :)
Other than flying through the air, Julie and I went on a jet boat through a canyon, did some shopping (I'm LOVING my purchases), and had some amazing meals down here. I checked out the real estate listings, and it's quite affordable here. I just may have a mid-mid-life crisis when I get back, pack my bags and head overseas. :)
I can't believe my time in New Zealand is done. We're at the airport heading back to Sydney for a night, and then it's off on my 24 hour journey to get back to Madison tomorrow. Can't wait to see everyone when I get back!
Love ya!
