...makes Rachel ready to say..."Look out, Australia and New Zealand. Here I come for more than a day!" Okay, so I stink at rhyming. It's okay. I've known this for years. I've also realized that this doesn't have much of any impact on my life, so I've dealt with this and moved on. Now if I couldn't handle escalators, that would be a much bigger problem (hi, Jen!). Whoops...I forgot to tell Jen about this blog. Oh well...another day.
Work's been crazy lately. I may actually meet all my self-imposed deadlines before we leave this Sunday. Yeah, I'm amazing. I know. :) Went back in at 8:30 tonight and left at midnight. Thank goodness there's free popcorn and juice in the kitchens...
Wonder how many times I'll hear "g'day, mate!" during my first day in Australia? If anyone wants to pledge a certain amount of money per saying, I could get behind that. I could send it to my sponsored boy, Majidul, in India. I'm sure he'd appreciate it. hmmm...maybe I should become one of those people that thinks of new fundraising opportunities or something?
- Amount of money per deadly animals seen during my trip? Australia is the deadliest country. That could work. Check.
- Amount of money per times we get lost driving in both countries? nah...that's almost too easy and too guaranteed to break everyone's wallets. No check.
- Amount of money per...hmmm...well, that was a short lived career. What ideas do you guys have (PG or PG-13, of course)??
